What is Zero Knowledge Proof?

Zero-Knowledge (ZK) protocols are protocols that summarize blockchain transactions to reduce gas costs and improve transaction processing speed on Ethereum. These solutions do not retain any knowledge of individual transactions and are therefore called Zero-Knowledge solutions. These platforms use cryptographic proofs to ensure that the final summary is valid, a process known as a Zero-Knowledge Proof.
